"Installed, setup and simple to use. Unfortunately the alarm will not work with Galaxy s10s. Both my husband and I are unable to hear the siren (reville) on either phone.we changed to a basic sound to no avail. All permissions are allowed and we checked our other settings. No Answer on the app ? for 3 days. So disappointed."

"Update: the app needs all sorts of permissions from your phone. If setup correctly should work fine. Original problem: The app works just the first time you install it. After restarting your phone the app no longer sends notification or alarm. And doesn't even recognize any action taking place at smartthing app. Love the idea, but impossible to use."
